*NEW* NEKO AO from ::: ED ::: !!

A good AO is one of the FIRST things on the list of anyone trying to get their avatar to next level of cool, cute or to just be out of the old SL of stagnant poses. Today its all about fluid and original animations, and lots of them!

Hinamori Burleigh, is a name you re likely to think of when you think of cosplay/anime/Bushido AO's, in fact, its very easy to say that she is the most recognized name in that regard, and tho you may not know her by name, if you are in anyway involved with the culture of Cosplay then you have either owned or reeeally wanted one of her AOs. Her ads are immediately recognizable, and her AO titles are just as familiar-Bushido-Shinobi-Bishoujo- to name a few. Hinamori has been in-world since '05 and you can tell she's payed attention in that time to the tastes and needs of someone looking for a good animation override. Her newest AO, Neko for Females, is a stylish, busy and very creative take on the popular 'cat-like' animations that exist out there.

Her's stands alone in the sheer 'Cuteness' ^^ of it all. My fav anim is a stand where you do a left "paw" scratch, a right paw scratch followed by a shimmy from side to side at the hips. :D When you fly, your avatar looks up and paws toward the sky as if trying to climb further and further up by yer claws, and the Hover-sit that it puts yer av in, with its floating up and down is not like any others ive seen. Ive included some pics i took while wearing the AO cause honestly how do you describe an animation overrider in depth without writing a novel. Btw, i wanted to illustrate in my pics that the neko in the title doesn't mean you have to have ears and a fluffy tail to wear it, it goes great with any female avatar looking for more CUTE! :D

Mutsuba Kyodai Shuriken

Yukinoroh Kamachi is more than just a shop owner, he is also the owner of the Kodama no Ki Cosplay and Anime mall. He is the one providing space for all the wonderful vendors, talented builders and designers of the KnK. However as a shop owner and designer himself, he comes forward with some truely unique products.

Yuki's latest release is the -Mutsuba Kyodai Shuriken- A giant Ninja throwing star that straps right on yer back in three different styles. Its one of those items that plays upon the anime images of the oversized weapon, Its has a very "Japanimation" feel to it, but what i really dig about this piece is the mulitple throwing anims and the very unique scripting that allows you to throw a Ninja star and have it STICK halfway thru a wall or prim surface (as is seen in the pic above).

This star is definatly one of a kind, you have a Single and Double throw included. The throw is lightning fast with custom sounds to accompany both the toss and the star hitting its mark. The Double-Throw has a straight forward toss and a twisty fly in the air toss. You can use these in mouse look as well; there is a switch gesture included. Your avatar reaches behind you to grab the star on yer back, then quickly hurls a temp-rezz shuriken forward that sticks in the wall. Though not combat enabled, the shuriken is still a really fun and neat accessory to add to any Ninja/Samurai look. It totally has that 'wow' factor once people see you chunk'n giant throwing stars across the room! ^.^

Three new outfits from JUGOYA

Hello and Welcome to the FIRST OFFICIAL BLOG post of the Kodama no Ki mall.

This will be where you can find news and reviews on all the new releases from each of our very talented vendors.

First off we have the traditional clothing and accessories store

D15 Koba, the owner and designer for Jugoya, has released 3 new outfits, each of them stunning representaions of classic japanese outfits. pictured above (left to right) is the yojinbo kai kimono, and the nobushi yellow and grey. All three are beautifully textured and come with resizing scripts for the sculpty parts.

The yojinbo kai features resizable sleeves and a sculpty knot at the waist. it has an option to be worn with or w/o sleeves and sells for $300L

The nobushi comes in two colors, each with resizing scripts, each with waraji style sandles, a simple or accessory style obi, kyahan musubi leggings and the outfit top and bottom which is richly textured and sells for $350L.
